A week of dental aid, nature and nervous-system reset in El Valle, Samaná — where giving back to a village and giving back to yourself happen in the same place.
The retreat
Revive Mission is a week in the Dominican Republic stripped down to what matters: service, stillness, nature, connection and a bit of adventure. Three days are spent running an open-air dental clinic for the El Valle community; the rest are for yoga, breathwork, workshops, waterfalls, beach days and bonfires.
It starts from a simple idea: real contribution creates real transformation. You give from overflow, not depletion — learning to take care of yourself as fully as you take care of everyone else.
This is the 10th edition, run with Bright Island Outreach, which has provided free dental care in the Dominican Republic since 2013.

An unhurried open-air clinic with 3D scanners, serving the El Valle community.
Daily yoga & breathwork
Morning power flow, evening restorative yoga, and a holotropic breathwork ceremony.
Rewilding days
Jungle, waterfalls, beach days, bonfires and a live deep house DJ night under the stars.
Three places to stay
A beachfront resort in Boca Chica, Leisy's Garden in El Valle, and the Kimpton Las Mercedes in Zona Colonial.
“Reading the Tracks” pre-retreat coaching
Group coaching from January: every two weeks, a new practice to reconnect before you land.

The Dental Yogis are two Chicago dentists who chose a more authentic path in their profession. Through yoga, breathwork and coaching, they help healthcare professionals move past burnout. What's included?+
Accommodation for 7 nights (Boca Chica, Leisy's Garden, Zona Colonial), all ground transfers, meals, yoga, breathwork, workshops, excursions, the pre-retreat coaching and your Revive Mission kit. Flights are not included.
How much is it?+
$4,000 USD per person, all-inclusive, in a room shared with a partner, friend or team member. Private rooms on request. Group discounts, monthly payment plans and a team fundraising program are available.
How do I book?+
Reserve your spot with a deposit through the booking link. The earlier you book, the more flexible the payment plan; the balance must be paid before the trip.
How do I get there?+
Fly into Santo Domingo Las Américas (SDQ) on Saturday 6 March. The group transfers together from there. Send your flight details after booking.
Do I need dental or yoga experience?+
No. Everyone finds a role in the clinic, and the yoga is beginner-friendly.
Is it safe?+
Yes. El Valle is a small, close-knit village. Past groups have had no issues, and there are surprisingly few mosquitoes.
What should I pack?+
1–3 sets of scrubs or long pants, 4–5 sets of athletic wear, sunscreen, a raincoat, hiking shoes, crocs or mud shoes, and one nice outfit for the last night. Clinical donations or children's clothes are welcome.
